What is Higher Frequency?+
An app that turns your real interviews into honest, specific coaching, so the next conversation is the one that lands. You get feedback across ten dimensions, tied to what was actually said, and you watch yourself get sharper over time.
How does it work?+
Two ways to bring an interview in. For video calls, our notetaker joins as a visible, named participant. For anything else, you upload the transcript. Either way it goes through the same analysis and your results appear in the app.
Is the notetaker hidden?+
No. It joins as “Higher Frequency Notetaker,” visible to everyone in the call, and posts a short notice with a link to our privacy information where the platform supports it. We do not do secret recording.
Do I need the other people's permission?+
You are responsible for having the right to record your interview and for informing other participants where that is required, in line with the rules where you are and any organisation's policies. The notetaker is designed to be visible so everyone can see it is there.
What happens to the interviewer's information?+
We remove unnecessary personal details before any analysis, we never create a voiceprint, and interview content is not used to train AI models. Interviewers can object or ask us to erase their data, with a contact route for that even without an account.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Your interview is cleaned of unnecessary identifiers before it is analysed, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your content is never used to train AI models. Only you see your results.
Can I delete my data?+
Yes. You can request deletion of your account and data from inside the app at any time, and we act on it.
Which languages does it work in?+
Right now the coaching is built and tested for interviews conducted in English. More languages will follow as we validate them.
Which countries is it for?+
We are starting in the UK, and the service is built around UK data-protection law. We will expand to more markets as we go.
Do you work with universities and employers?+
Yes. Alongside individual access, we work with institutions such as universities, careers services and early-careers teams who want to bring Higher Frequency to their members. There is an enterprise contact route on the site.
Who can use Higher Frequency?+
Adults aged 18 and over. We ask you to confirm this before your first interview or upload.
Does it guarantee I will get the job?+
No. Higher Frequency gives you feedback to build your interview skills. It does not guarantee any interview outcome or job offer.
